Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. Cancellations with less than 12 hours' notice will be charged the full amount. This policy respects the time and schedule of our cleaning professionals in Istanbul.
Service Limitations
Our standard service focuses on general residential cleaning. Tasks requiring specialized equipment (e.g., heavy-duty post-construction, biohazard cleanup) or moving heavy furniture are not included. Please disclose any specific needs during your initial inquiry.
